Do I pay for delivery?
A. No. As part of an effort to pass along all savings to you, we do not charge for deliveries and pickup. If we miss you we also do not charge a redelivery or pick-up fees

What is recommended time frame to book a rental?
We suggest that you allow at least 72hours to book your rental. However, it is imperative that you book your rental 1 week in advance to ensure equipment availability.
Can I reach a staff if my wheelchair or scooter breaks down?
. Yes, at the time of delivery you will receive a number to call in the event your scooter or wheelchair breaks down. However, we do not anticipate you having problems with the scooter or wheelchair because after each rental our rental fleet are thoroughly cleaned and tested for defects before we deliver it to the next client.
What are your scooter & wheelchair rental rates?
Because we have specials on a weekly and daily basis, it is nearly impossible to publish our prices. However, we guarantee the best price in the Washington DC area. How do I pay for my rental?
We accept major credit cards as a form of payment; e.g. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX etc.
Can I take my mobility scooter outside the State I rented from?
Yes. Once you rent equipment from us it is yours to use until the expiration date of your rental. So you can take it with you on a trip.
Do I pick-up and drop off the rental equipment?
We deliver and pick-up your equipment at no additional cost to you. Just give us a delivery and pick-up location we will handle the rest. For equipment delivered to hotels just leave it with the front desk and we will pick-up from them.
Can I fit my wheelchair or scooter in the trunk of my car?
Yes. All transportable scooters can be easily broken down to fit in the trunk of your car. All manual wheelchairs we rent are foldable and can fit in the trunk of your car. Heavier power chairs are easily transportable in an SUV or Minivan.

What advice can you give on recharging the batteries?
Your battery requires daily charging. At the end of the day simply plug the power cord into an outlet and allow for an overnight charge.
